Developer Bandai Namco Online and Publisher Bandai Namco Europe today announce Gundam Evolution, which will appear in 2022 in Europe, North America and Japan.
Gundam Evolution is the series’s first free-to-play-hero shooter and offers a 6-counter-6 team game dynamic with playable mobile suits from the entire Gundam multiverse.
The game will offer three target-based game modes: scoring, mastery and destruction. The title offers a number of unique challenges that require teams to develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to avoid victory.
Each playable unit in Gundam Evolution has a combination of offensive, defensive and / or supportive skills that can turn the sheet in combat.
The start list of playable characters includes 12 units, including the classic RX-78-2 Gundam and the ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos.
Additional mobile suits and customizable items can be unlocked in two ways: Capital Points (CP) collected by playing, or Evo Coins that can be purchased in the real world.
Players who buy a Season Pass, swallow further cosmetic accessories in the course of the game, including skins for mobile shits, weapons skins and weapon trailers.
Gundam Evolution will be officially appeared in Europe on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC (Steam).
