In a movement that we certainly did not see coming, Watch Dogs gets his own Spin-Off Manga. Watch Dogs Tokyo, the manga will be debut on April 12, but only in Japan at the moment. It is illustrated by Syuhei Kamo, whose previous work includes Gangsta: Cursed. Seiichi Shirato takes care of writing things.

Ubisoft has a long history of diversifying its properties in different types of media. For example, Assassin’s Creed has been adapted to cinema, books and – you guessed it – to the manga. Once again, we did not expect to write on a manga Watch Dogs today, but that is not a huge surprise if we consider the way Ubisoft likes to work.

It will be interesting to see how this new incursion will take place. A lively city like Tokyo could be a fantastic frame for Watch Dogs, but for the moment you will have to settle for this 2D representation.
